A completed day needs a stable digest even when the daemon was offline. Keep review opt-in and retain daily membership so resumed sessions and repeat runs do not inflate recurrence counts. Use the merged finding pipeline and renderer contracts. Freeze native usage alongside the digest without reintroducing the deferred persona and spend presentation. - fix(friction): drop catch-up snapshots after each save Co-authored-by: Wes McKinney <wesmckinn+git@gmail.com>

AgentsView now stores daily Friction Log digests and catches up within a configurable backfill window. It fills missing dates and updates days when late sessions or delayed reviews arrive. Each session contributes to one day, including when hub processes build concurrently. A failed usage lookup preserves the other sessions’ usage.
Review stays off by default. Catch-up covers seven days by default, using local time on SQLite and UTC on PostgreSQL and CockroachDB unless configured otherwise. Local days wait for review to finish; hubs use the findings pushed by each source. Routine reads stay within the window, and SQLite releases the sync and resync lock between days, including with
--no-sync.Digests retain findings and usage and survive full resyncs that retain transcript text. Usage-only SQLite archives do not build digests. Read APIs and CLI commands remain a follow-up.
Builds on merged #1933 and #1934. Refs #1908.
